Changes in Flight Landing Time:

BA Transfers monitors flight landing times to ensure seamless service. There is no additional charge for flight delays. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your pick-up time will be adjusted accordingly. Should you require extra time for baggage reclaim, immigration, etc., you can request it in the BA Transfers booking form (e.g., meet the driver 15, 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes after the flight's landing time).

Child Seat:

For the safety of children, we provide FREE child seats on our MPV-5, MPV-7, and MPV-8 vehicles. These must be requested at the time of booking. We offer three types of child seats: Infant seat: Suitable for children weighing 10-13 kg, typically 6-15 months old. Child seat: Suitable for children weighing 9-18 kg, typically 9 months to 4 years old. Booster seat: Suitable for children weighing 15-25 kg, typically 4-11 years old.

Child Seat:

If you require child seats in an Estate car, you can select this option in the booking form for an additional £5. Alternatively, for any type of vehicle, you are welcome to bring your own child seats, as long as the vehicle can accommodate your luggage, child seats, and passengers. Please remember to take your child seats with you at the end of the journey. According to UK law, taxis and private hire vehicles, such as minicabs, are not required to provide child seats. This regulation is similar to the rules for public transport.
